Huber and EMP Details
Kewaunee County's Huber program is the local work-release path for eligible sentenced inmates. Packets must be completed and turned in two weeks before the report date. They may be dropped off at the jail or emailed to Deputy Jensen Beyer or Deputy John DuBois. The person must pass a drug test before Huber eligibility. Booking and Intake at Kewaunee County Jail

About Kewaunee County Jail
The jail's older design shapes daily operations. The 2016 assessment described the facility as clean and orderly, but it also identified crowding, limited classification separation, linear observation limits, PREA privacy concerns in shower and toilet layouts, ADA limitations, and little program or recreation space. Programs were mostly limited by space, with no formal reentry programming located in the assessment and little room for recreation, education, religious, substance-abuse, or mental-health programming.
